Your apprenticeship:

  1. You will work with each of the specialist departments of our law firm
  2. You will create monthly financial accounting, payroll and salary statements, as well as annual financial statements and tax returns
  3. You will learn to increase the efficiency of operational processes by means of effective IT processes
  4. You will learn research techniques and the professional preparation of information for the client

Your Profile:

  1. Successfully acquired university entrance qualification, preferably in the field of business
  2. Willing to learn, motivated, careful, self-confident
  3. Communicative, outgoing, team player, proactive
  4. Proficient with popular MS Office applications and possess a passion and inclination towards IT
  5. Good written and spoken English language skills

Your apprenticeship:

  1. In the first phase of your training, you will get to know all relevant departments and their processes and take on various tasks and projects relating to the front and back office of a successful tax office
  2. You will use modern IT systems as well as special application programs
  3. In the second phase of your training, the focus will be the processing of financial accounting and payroll accounting of our clients in compliance with statutory provisions
  4. You will observe labor, social security, and income tax regulations, understand tax and economic interrelations and how they are implemented
  5. You will be involved in the design of the respective work processes right from the start and will assume responsibility at an early stage

Your Profile:

  1. Successfully acquired intermediate secondary school completion certificate, advanced technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife), or (technical) high school diploma [(Fach-) Abitur]
  2. Good to very good grades in German, mathematics, and English
  3. Interested in how business works
  4. Willing to learn, motivated, careful, self-confident
  5. Communicative, outgoing, team player, proactive
  6. Basic knowledge of common MS Office programs

Your Tasks:

  1. General support, maintenance and further improvement of the QM system
  2. Implementation and moderation of the Continual Improvement Process and process workshops in the firm
  3. Support and training in the introduction and use of QM tools
  4. Responsible for the implementation of quality assurance activities
  5. Responsible for setting up an error and complaint management system
  6. Representative specialist trainer for business trainees and familiarization of new employees with areas of QM systems

Your Profile:

  1. Completed business training, ideally in a tax office, or a candidate with appropriate aptitude wishing to make a lateral move
  2. Practical experience in the implementation of management standards in a service company
  3. Qualification as a QM specialist or QM representative is ideal
  4. High affinity to (technical) product and process improvements
  5. Enjoy working and communicating as part of a team
  6. Organized, reliable, flexible, and motivated
  7. Experience working with common MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as DATEV software

  2. Preparation of supporting documents for audits
  3. Support during tax/business audits
  4. Support and consultation for fast growing companies
  5. Support during appeal proceedings
  6. Contact person for clients and team
  7. Correspondence with tax authorities

Your Profile:

  1. Successfully passed tax consultant exam, or are in the process of retaking the exam
  2. Possess relevant experience in the field of annual financial statements and declarations
  3. Service oriented with a sense of quality and responsibility
  4. Proactive, willing to learn, enjoy working with a team
  5. Possess documentation, problem solving and project management skills
  6. Good English writing and speaking skills a plus

  2. Retrieving and assigning bank account transactions using RZ bank info
  3. Recording of digital incoming invoices and execution of payment transactions via Datev
  4. Retrieving outgoing sales via program interfaces
  5. Retrieving payroll and salary postings via the program interface
  6. Creation of debit memos and dunning runs, controlling of installment payment agreements

  9. Preparation of monthly financial statements and transmission of pre sales tax returns (optional)

Your Profile:

  1. Completed training as a tax clerk or comparable business training
  2. Professional experience in a tax consulting firm a plus
  3. Loyal, possess a sense of quality awareness and responsibility
